At Natural Engineering, we specialise in

maintenance, repairs, and refurbishments of recycling machinery

such as shredders across the UK and Ireland. From our workshop in

Capel Hendre Industrial Estate

, we design and build

innovative new machinery

and carry out

complete rebuilds and refurbishments

of existing equipment.

We're looking for a

skilled Fabricator Welder

to join our growing team. The role involves

fabrication, welding, and hard facing

of new and refurbished machinery, along with opportunities to

travel throughout the UK and Ireland

, working on some of the largest recycling sites carrying out repairs and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Fabricate and weld components for new and refurbished machinery Carry out

hard facing and wear protection

on recycling and shredding equipment Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately Undertake

mechanical fitting and assembly

tasks (e.g. bearings, shafts, guards) Perform cutting, forming, and shaping processes to a high standard Work both independently and as part of a team on workshop and site-based projects

Skills & Experience

Proficient in

MAG and MMA welding

Experience with

hard facing and wear-resistant welding

Strong mechanical understanding and hands-on engineering ability Able to read

engineering drawings

and work to specification Previous

fabrication or manufacturing

experience Competent with

hand tools and workshop machinery

Excellent attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship

Full UK driving licence

essential

Willingness to travel and work throughout the UK and Ireland
