Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be involved in the fabrication and welding of a wide range of metalwork products, working both independently and as part of a small team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and is keen to develop their skills within a hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities

Fabrication and welding of gates, railings, fire escapes, and structural steelwork

Reading and interpreting basic drawings and measurements Cutting, preparing, and assembling metal components Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Assisting with site work and installations when required
Skills & Experience

Essential:

Proven welding experience Ability to work independently using own initiative Ability to work effectively as part of a small team Strong work ethic and attention to detail Right to work in the UK
Desirable:

Knowledge or experience in metal fabrication Full, clean UK manual driving licence
Note: On-the-job fabrication training will be provided for the right candidate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Work Location: In person
