Fabricator / Welder - Full-Time, Permanent

Location:

JHT, Northern Facility of Steelway

Salary:

Competitive hourly rate + Overtime

Hours:

Monday - Thursday: 7:30am - 4:00pm
Friday: 7:00am - 2:00pm (39 hours total)

About the Role

Due to continued business growth, we are looking to expand our fabrication team with an experienced

Fabricator / Welder

.

You'll be responsible for the fabrication and MIG welding of structural and sheet metal components, working with mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium across a range of medium and heavy-duty applications.

Key Responsibilities

Fabricate structural steel components in 6-15mm mild steel Carry out MIG welding on medium fabrication in 3-6mm mild steel Work with aluminium and stainless steel sheet metal Interpret and work from engineering drawings with precision Operate independently or as part of a team to complete assigned work

Essential Requirements

Time-served Fabricator / Sheet Metal Worker Proven experience in MIG welding Ability to read and work from detailed engineering drawings Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage workload effectively
