We offer a comprehensive service spanning Design, Engineering (including Digital & BIM), Procurement & Manufacture, Installation and Testing & Commissioning). The Role

The welder's role is welding both HVAC products and specialist ventilation system products for safety critical facilities. This role requires a combination of technical expertise & precision across various product types/materials. This role reports directly to production supervision & sits within the operational level of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out all duties in accordance with weekly plans. Perform welding tasks on both stainless steel & carbon steel HVAC products ranging from 1.5mm to 10mm. Complete general welding duties associated with all product types (Folded & Welded) in accordance with welding procedures. Complete weld repair activities in accordance with welding procedures. Understand & comply with associated welding standards. Assist & support sheet metal workers during tacking tasks during manufacture. Complete basic fabrication tasks to support manufacture. Comply in full with manufacturing SHEQ best practice/ behaviours and legislation. Support the manufacturing team in achieving deliverables.
