We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sheet metal fabrication and welding, demonstrating proficiency with both power and hand tools. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to interpret technical drawings, ensuring high-quality assembly and fabrication of components.

Duties

Fabricate and assemble metal components according to specifications and technical drawings. Perform welding tasks using various techniques, mig , tig Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for cutting, shaping, and finishing materials. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required standards. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to optimise production processes and resolve any fabrication issues that arise.

Qualifications

Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools relevant to the fabrication process. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately. A commitment to safety practices in a workshop environment is crucial.
