Comtherm has over 50 years of experience in designing, manufacturing, installing, and commissioning industrial combustion equipment. With two locations in Droitwich, Worcestershire, we are proud of our welding and fabrication workforce and the collaborative atmosphere we foster.

As part of our ongoing growth, we are seeking a proficient Fabricator/Welder with extensive experience in working with both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of fabrication and welding experience, demonstrating high-quality MIG and TIG welding practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Fabricate and assemble components from engineering drawings using both Mild Steel & Stainless steel

- Perform MIG and TIG welding to ensure high-quality production standards are met.

- Interpret and work from technical drawings

- Operate machinery including guillotines, benders, press brakes, drills, saws, and grinders.

- Collaborate effectively within a team while also demonstrating the ability to work independently on projects.

- Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in the fabrication and welding industry.

- Proficient in working with steel in various gauges (1.5mm - 10mm).

- Strong technical skills in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.

- Understanding of health and safety regulations related to welding and fabrication.
