Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our team in the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling and fabricating metal components using various tools and techniques. Will need to be able to roll and fold metal and use a guillotines

Duties:

- Assemble and fabricate metal structures and components

- Operate power tools and hand tools to cut, bend, and shape metal

- Perform welding tasks using a mig welder

- Read and interpret technical drawings

- Conduct basic mathematical calculations for measurements and dimensions

- Work with sheet metal to create parts and structures

- Utilise mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues

Skills:

- Proficient in welding techniques, particularly mig welding

- Experience with power tools and hand tools for metal fabrication

- Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations

- Knowledge of sheet metal work

- Mechanical aptitude for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
