We are looking to hire for our

Nightshift

an apprentice trained, time served,(NVQ LEVEL 3) skilled fabricator with a minimum of 5 years' experience working within the fabrication industry. The candidate should be a hardworking individual who can work well as part of a team and also work independently.

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabricator to join our nightshift team in creating high-quality metal products. The ideal candidate will have experience with hand and power tools, welding, and fabricating techniques.

Working hours

Monday -

Thursday 6pm - 4am

Friday -

4pm - 12am

Overtime rate applied when optional overtime is running

Duties

-CNC press brake

- Assemble metal components using hand tools and power tools

- Fabricate metal structures according to engineering drawings

- Work with sheet metal to create various products

- Utilise welding techniques, including stick welding

- Apply basic maths skills for measurements and calculations

- Demonstrate mechanical knowledge for equipment operation

Qualifications

- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools

- Experience in welding and fabrication processes

- Knowledge of sheet metal work

- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

- Competency in stick welding techniques
