Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Fabricator/Welder for our workshop in Holton Heath, Poole.

Candidates will need to have experience in structural steelwork as well as stairs & balustrading.

The position offered is on a long-term basis with immediate start.
Good rates paid to the right candidate depending on experience and ability.

As a Fabricator/Welder, you will be:

Interpreting drawings and specifications accurately. Selecting, measuring, cutting and preparing appropriate materials. Tacking and welding various assemblies. Finishing surfaces to a high standard. Visually inspecting your own work during and after project completion. Regularly cleaning and inspecting welding equipment and tools. Occasional site work maybe required. CSCS card an advantage.

Qualifications

Proficient in MIG welding techniques. Experience in TIG welding would be an advantage. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and fabrication processes. Strong mechanical knowledge and basic math skills. Experience with sheet metal work and assembly tasks. Ability to work effectively in a team as well as on your own.

Pay: 12.00-18.00 per hour
