The Role

We're looking for a skilled Fabricator Welder to join our dynamic team. You'll be hands-on in fabricating, assembling, and welding vehicle chassis and components for bespoke HGV conversions and specialist equipment integrations.

What You'll Be Doing

Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical specs

Performing MIG and TIG welding on steel and other metals

Modifying and assembling vehicle chassis and bodies

Operating fabrication machinery and tools safely

Inspecting welds and assemblies to meet quality standards

Collaborating with engineering and workshop teams

Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workspace

Engaging in training and continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in welding/fabrication (automotive/HGV/industrial)

Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding across various metals

Strong technical drawing interpretation skills

Skilled in workshop tools and measuring instruments

Problem-solving mindset and team player attitude

Commitment to safety, quality, and development

Bonus Skills

Vocational qualifications in welding/fabrication

Apprenticeship or formal training

Experience in HGV conversions or bespoke vehicle builds

Working Hours & Benefits

Monday-Thursday: 8:00am-4:30pm | Friday: 8:00am-3:30pm
