We are seeking an experienced

Fabricator Welder

to join our team, working both

in our workshop

and

on customer sites

. The ideal candidate will be confident fabricating a wide range of products, interpreting technical drawings, and delivering high-quality welding and fabrication work in varied environments.

Key ResponsibilitiesWorkshop Duties

Fabricate and weld components to technical drawings and specifications. Work with

aluminium, mild steel, and stainless steel

. Operate fabrication equipment: press brakes, rollers, guillotines, folders, punching and bending machinery. Produce accurate, high-quality fabricated components with strong attention to detail.

On-Site Duties

Carry out

on-site welding, installation, and assembly

of fabricated structures. Install items such as railings, staircases, access platforms, balconies, portal frames, support steelwork and bespoke fabrications. Ensure safe working practices are followed at all times on customer sites. Represent the company professionally while working directly with clients.

General Responsibilities

Inspect completed work for accuracy, alignment, and finish quality. Comply with all workshop and site health & safety procedures. Work independently or with a small team to meet deadlines. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Fabricator Welder. Proficiency in

MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding

. Ability to confidently read and interpret technical drawings. Strong understanding of fabrication processes including bending, cutting and rolling. Comfortable working in both workshop and on-site environments. High attention to detail with a commitment to quality.

Valid CSCS Card - Essential

(for site work).

Full Driving Licence - Essential

. Forklift and overhead crane experience (desirable but not essential).
