Job Description

Due to our continued growth and planned expansion, we have an urgent requirement for an experienced Fabricator / Welder to join our team at C M S Engineering Services Ltd.

Reporting directly to the Foreman and Director, the ideal candidate for the

Fabricator / Welder role will already have experience within a similar role.

Fabricator / Welder: Key Duties

Be confident & responsible for producing high quality steel fabrications.

Welding of mild steel. Primary & secondary steels for the construction industry Structural Steelwork, Gates & Railings etc

The ability to read & interpret structural & engineering drawings.

Strong attention to detail.

Be able to work on your own initiative.

Demonstrate good problem-solving skills.

Good team working abilities.

Ensure a high level of quality is maintained at all times.

Competent in using associated plant & machinery.

Monitor works equipment and request maintenance when required.

Comply with all company health & safety procedures, approvals and accreditations at all times.

Hours of work

Monday to Friday - 07:00am to 16:00pm

12:00pm finish on Fridays

Overtime available at x 1.5
