About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Agricultural & Commercial Fabricator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong fabrication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work across a wide range of agricultural and commercial equipment. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys varied work, problem-solving, and producing high-quality, reliable results.

Key Responsibilities

Fabrication and welding of agricultural and commercial machinery, components, and structural steel Repair and maintenance of equipment including trailers, implements, gates, frames, and custom builds Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications Working with mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium Operating workshop machinery (presses, saws, drills, grinders, etc.) Ensuring all work is completed to safety and quality standards On-site work and breakdown support when required

Skills & Experience Required

Proven experience in fabrication and welding (MIG/ARC) Ability to read engineering drawings Strong mechanical understanding Full UK driving licence Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail Experience in agricultural engineering or commercial fabrication (preferred but not essential)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 16.00-22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
