We are seeking a highly skilled

Senior Associate

specializing in facade access to join our dynamic team in London. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to both new construction projects and the enhancement of existing facade access systems. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in facade access, building maintenance, and fall protection to drive excellence in our consulting services.


In this position, you will lead and participate in the design consulting process for new construction projects, providing expert guidance on facade access systems to ensure they meet ambitious and sustainable architectural goals. Your responsibilities will include delivering comprehensive facade access consulting services, such as performance-based design through detailed technical narratives, drawings, and specifications. Additionally, you will assist in the bidding process and negotiations to select qualified equipment providers, ensuring optimal choices for facade access systems. Overseeing equipment installation will also be a key part of your role, which involves engineering reviews, factory visits, testing oversight, site surveys, and commissioning, ensuring that all work meets project specifications and quality standards.


Furthermore, you will identify potential enhancements to current systems and processes, develop business cases for their implementation, and lead the integration of these improvements in collaboration with other experts and stakeholders.

Responsibilities



Manage multiple facade access consulting projects simultaneously and work directly with clients. Design complete facade access systems for new and existing buildings; and communicate them through narratives, drawings, and specifications. Conduct research on industry trends and currently available technologies used in facade access. Support business development efforts by developing and maintaining client relationships. Develop proposals and qualifications for bidding on new projects. Manage monthly financial performance metrics including revenue, profitability, projections, backlog, and pipeline. Supervise and mentor other team members. Liaise between clients and government authorities that oversee facade access operations.

Requirements



Degree in Engineering Facade Access background in new and existing construction Proficient in AutoCAD and/or Revit preferred
