Our client is a leading, award-winning construction and development company who to date has delivered over \xc2\xa32 billion worth of developments resulting in 8,000 student beds and a further \xc2\xa31 billion of landmark schemes earmarked for student cities.
They require a Facades/Site Manager to join their team. Based on a development in Liverpool, you\'ll be overseeing the recladding of a previously completed project.
Duties to include:
- Ensuring project is completed on time and to budget whilst adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Manage subcontractors ensuring each project phase is being met in a timely manner.
- Taking ownership of site issues and resolving with the support of the Senior Project Manager.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety Regulations.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- SMSTS
- Comprehensive cladding/facades experience
