Location:

Based at either the Basildon Hub, Chelmsford Hub or Braintree Hub. You will also be required to attend the Head Office in Chelmsford for meetings.

Are you looking for a career in Facilities Management? ECL are looking for three Facilities Administrators to be the face of the Facilities Team in our hubs throughout Essex.





The primary focus of the role will be coordinating the facilities team activities across the Facilities Management function, and being the initial point of contact for any issues or needs raised via our internal request platform, FreshService.


You will be dealing with queries around our estate in your own region, resolving issues, collating data for monthly reporting, mandatary checks and property compliance all designed ensuring our customers and staff safety.



We are recruiting in the following regions:
South Essex
Mid Essex
North Essex

About You




To be considered as a Facilities Administrator you need:


Experience in an administrator, assistant or co-ordinator role is essential; facilities management experience would be advantageous. Excellent communication skills as well as an ability to build and establish relationships, along with a friendly approach and the ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders. Excellent attention to detail, and has a result-oriented approach, continually seeking to improve. Experience of working with IT systems including Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new systems is important. Numerical and analytical skills with the ability to organise and prioritise your own work to meet deadlines. Full UK Driving Licence and access to a Car are essential as you will be visiting different hubs within your region.
