to join our team supporting the cleaning operation of a large shopping centre. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our service.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
Tracking staff absence and holiday records
Ordering cleaning materials, consumables, and uniforms
Maintaining and updating Health & Safety documentation and compliance records
Coordinating training, keeping accurate records of completion and renewals
Providing general administrative support to the management team
Skills & Experience:
Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience in payroll and record-keeping
Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a busy environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in facilities, cleaning, or a related industry is desirable but not essential
