Make a difference as a Facilities Administrator
We're looking for someone organised, reliable and ready to make a difference behind the scenes. In this role, you'll support the day-to-day running of our Facilities department - keeping systems updated, managing documents, coordinating purchases, and helping with internal communications.
You'll be the central point of contact for facilities-related admin, making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. If you're great at staying on top of tasks and enjoy keeping things in order, this could be the perfect fit.
Is this you?
  • You're confident using IT and know your way around Microsoft Office.
  • You've got solid experience with managing data and know how to spot patterns and insights.
  • You've worked in admin before - ideally in an office or facilities setting and you're great at keeping things organised.
  • You communicate clearly - whether it's writing an email or chatting with a colleague.
  • You're a positive team player who's happy to get stuck in and contribute to tasks, projects and meetings.
A place to thrive
Be a part of a company that values excellence and personal advancement. We will prioritise your professional growth with tailored career development opportunities, mentorship programs and ongoing training.
No matter your background, ethnicity, age, neurodivergence or anything else... PGL is a place to be yourself, realise your full potential and celebrate what makes you brilliantly unique.
Fair pay and benefits for all
  • Happy holidays - 20 days annual leave, which accrues with length of service up to 30 days (+ bank holidays). You'll also enjoy an extra day off on your birthday and the opportunity to purchase additional leave!
  • Paid time-off to volunteer your time to worthwhile causes.
  • 24/7 access to our Wellbeing Hub alongside our Employee Assistance Program
  • Access to our financial wellbeing platform for financial assistance if you need it
  • Big savings and exclusive perks at 100s of high street retailers
  • PGL discounted holidays and 20% discount in all our on-site shops
