This role can be physically demanding with long periods spent moving around the building.

Responsibilities

Manage site deliveries and dispense deliveries to relevant areas within the building Arrange couriers collections/deliveries Manage post - ensure "post in" reaches addressee and "post out" is sent externally as required Complete room layout changes for meetings and events Inventory of Print Area's & First Aid room supplies and restock as required Change printer toners and cartridges Meet Contractors and escort to Facilities and to work area Sign off work permit with contractors when work has been finalised Organise and oversee site WEEE collections (IT stock) Complete minor maintenance issues within office space i.e. loose screens, faulty desks and chairs etc. Conduct monthly safety inspections and report hazards Manage and complete work logs assigned to you Answer facilities related questions from staff at all levels Maintain Facilities Health & Safety boards Assist with access control system Manage visitor, temporary and contractor pass allocation Raise PO's in SAP Ability to complete facilities related administration tasks and record keeping Act as site cover as and when required for both of our sites - Bracknell and Basingstoke

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Ability to deal with multiple tasks effectively Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to complete varied administration tasks Ability to assist the wider facilities team as and when required Ability to cover switchboard as required Basic knowledge of Word and Excel


This role will be based on site 5 days per week in Bracknell.
