We're looking for a Facilities Assistant to join our Engineering & Facilities team, supporting our Facilities Manager with maintenance of the full facility, both internally and externally.

Role & Responsibilities:

General pre-planned and reactive maintenance tasks including, but not limited to, basic joinery, minor electrical works, plumbing works, gardening and general repairs Carry out all necessary pre planned tasks to ensure continuous compliance in several disciplines such as compressed air, water quality, and fire safety Manage contractors on site, including permit to work Assist with installations of new equipment as and when required Respond to any reactive tasks and repair in a timely manner

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a similar role is essential Comfortable and competent with the use of power tools such as drills and grinders Strong problem solving skills with attention to detail Basic plumbing and electrical skills

Please note, we are flexible on the shift pattern for this role. This can either be full-time (37 hours) or part-time (can be discussed).
