Open and prepare the office and communal areas ensuring office offerings are replenished
On arrival conduct daily inspection of the office to identify any maintenance or safety issues
Receive deliveries and liaise with service providers arriving before standard office operating hours
Report and rectify any issues particularly in meeting rooms and communal areas
Assist with meeting room and events set ups
Support basic maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs or other minor repairs
Monitor stock levels of consumables and office supplies; providing detailed inventory for restock
Assist with office moves or furniture adjustments
Ensure waste and recycling are collected and disposed of properly
Report any incidents, hazards, or unusual activity
Skills & Competencies Required:
Punctual and dependable, with the ability to start work at 6:00 AM
Is confident and enjoys working independently
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Basic knowledge of day-to-day operations and a willingness to learn and further develop
Good communication skills and a helpful attitude
Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
Previous experience in a facilities (desirable but not essential)
Familiarity with health & safety practices (training will be provided)
Qualifications & Experience:
Previous facilities and /or hospitality experience
Awareness of Heath and Safety
