For further information about the School, please visit www.bartlett.ucl.ac.uk/architectureAbout the roleThe Facilities Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Bartlett School of Architecturexe2x80x99s day-to-day operations. The post holder will undertake a wide range of tasks and will be expected to work independently of the Facilities, Building and Safety Manager and Facilities, Building and Safety Assistant Manager.The role is focused on supporting and advising staff and students on a variety of operational matters, such as room-allocation, telecommunication, internal and external postal services as well as administrative tasks related to both H&S and Facilities operational matters. The post holder will be expected to liaise with UCL Estates in order to coordinate any maintenance issues and requests, cleaning and waste requirements, departmental bookable rooms and security services.
