We are currently seeking a

Facilities Assistant

to join our team, delivering a

5-star customer experience

in a client-facing role. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a professional environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

Salary & Working Hours



Salary

: 31,000 to 33,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Shift

: Permanent full-time role, Monday to Friday, 9:00am 6:00pm (40 hours per week) with optional overtime. As a Facilities Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations within our clients office space. You will be the first point of contact for floor occupants and visitors, proactively building relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety and Environmental legislation.

Key Responsibilities

Provide a

5-star service

, demonstrating professionalism and ownership in all client interactions. Act as the

go-to contact

for all workplace-related queries and requests. Ensure security procedures are adhered to, including

creating security passes

. Conduct

weekly and monthly site audits

to maintain operational excellence. Raise

quotes and purchase orders

, ensuring timely task completion. Schedule external contractors,

ensuring all complaints, site inductions, RAMS

Utilize

Anabas and client software systems

for efficient workflow management. Support administrative tasks and assist with

desk alterations on request

. Maintain flexibility to undertake additional tasks as required.
