Anabas is a dynamic NationalFacilities Management company. Our focus lies in supporting corporateoffice occupiers looking for a great workplace experience for their staff andcustomers.


Anabas iscurrently seeking to employ an experienced facilities assistant to provide anexceptional client experience through the delivery of their duties. The facilities assistant role is very clientinteractive and therefore needs the position holder to be able to provide greatcustomer service, high standards in operational delivery and ability tounderstand what is needed to ensure the client requirements are met. Theposition holder will also have staff responsibilities so must know how tomotivate, manage and coach the staff reporting into them.


Training will be given to enableyou to carry out your role effectively.

The successful candidate will undergo pre-employment vetting which includes a DBS before any start of employment.

This is a full time, workingMonday to Friday, from 9 to 6 (40 hrs per week).

JOB SUMMARY




The FacilitiesAssistant will proactively take charge of their area of responsibility toensure the timely resolution to issues. The position holder is the go-to faceof Anabas and will ensure that our clients needs are met, and service isdelivered to an exceptional standard.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES




1. Conduct regular floor walksand audits.


2. Compliance with all SLAs andKPIs.


3. All faults, issues orconcerns are addressed, reported, and resolved in a timely and effectivemanner.


4. Conduct client employee DSEassessments.


5. Service and maintainprint/copy areas, including restocking of paper and toner.


6. Assist with any client ad hocduties where required.


7. Set up meeting rooms as perclient instruction, ensuring all rooms are fit for purpose and all requirementsorganised and delivered on time.


8. Communicating with clientpromptly and accurately.


9. Ad hoc support withevents/functions.


10. Distribute and collect mailand courier items to designated locations.


11. Order and replenishstationary cupboards as required.


12. All regular requirements fortesting and recording are completed and recorded within agreed procedures.


13. Ensure all relevant sitemanuals and records are up to date and available for inspection at any time.


14. Be the first point ofcontact for minor maintenance issues to resolve these issues if possible (e.g.changing fuses).


15. Support and promote thevalues of Anabas and the client.


16. Perform other duties asassigned by your manager/supervisor.


17. Communicate clearly andpositively with staff at all levels to create a focus on employee engagement,business goals and develop a positive environment.


18. Take reasonable care of yourown health and safety, and that of others, ensuring you comply with all Health& Safety procedures.


19. Work in line with Equality& Diversity policy and report any incidents that are against the spirit ofan inclusive work environment.
