We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Facilities Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across both the office environments and a busy distribution centre. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work. Follow health and safety guidelines, and ensure all areas are kept clean, safe and organised for employees and visitors.

What you'll be doing:

Clean and sanitise office areas including desks, floors, windows, and common areas. Empty and sanitise waste bins and dispose of waste in designated areas. Dust and wipe down surfaces such as tables, chairs, shelves, and equipment. Vacuum carpets and sweep/mop hard floors in both office and warehouse spaces. Clean and disinfect toilet facilities, replenishing supplies as needed. Keep warehouse areas clean and organised, including sweeping floors and removing debris. Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and hazard-free environment. Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate supervisor. Follow established procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, informing management of any shortages. Manage waste disposal processes, including sorting, recycling, and proper disposal of materials.

What we are looking for:

Previous cleaning experience in a commercial or industrial setting preferred. Knowledge of COSHH (Control of Substance Hazardous to Health) desirable Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Awareness of health and safety regulations. Good time management and attention to detail
