Your new role
An exciting opportunity for a
Facilities Coordinator
to join our
Facilities
team.
You'll be responsible for:
Overseeing the maintenance of equipment and facilities (clean room, laboratory, and office) ensuring they meet operational demands and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.
Co-ordinating maintenance and repair schedules to ensure minimal disruption to daily operations.
Co-ordinating and managing contractors and equipment providers to provide on-site facilities support.
Completing and reviewing GMP Documentation including risk assessments and Standard Operating Procedures.
Owning equipment, facility and utility related quality records (incidents/deviations and change controls); holding accountability for their timely approval and closure.
Developing new and improved processes for facilities and equipment management including development of Quality Management Systems tools for asset management.
About you
Extensive relevant industry experience within a scientific and TPM led environment i.e. working within a GMP operation.
Comprehensive knowledge of current health and safety legislation.
Proficient with computer software, particularly Microsoft 365 suite.
Proven expertise in maintaining, repairing and calibration of lab/manufacturing equipment.
Knowledge and experience of Quality Management Systems related to facilities and equipment.
Great flexibility and organisational skills while responding to both short term demands and long-term workload.
Exceptional attention to detail, taking responsibility for setting high standards.
Qualifications
A relevant Engineering / Scientific qualification.
