About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring a vibrant workplace runs seamlessly and efficiently. You'll be central to delivering an exceptional facilities experience--balancing strategic oversight with hands-on problem-solving to support a high-energy, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day facilities operations across the Soho office
Act as the main point of contact for contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures
Support workplace services including cleaning, security, and maintenance
Respond to onsite issues promptly, using initiative and sound judgement
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting across all facilities functions
Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless and professional workplace experience
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a facilities management or coordination role
Strong initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent organisational and communication skills
A proactive, solution-focused approach in a fast-moving environment
Confidence managing multiple priorities in a client-facing role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams)

This is a
full-time position, Monday to Friday, onsite in London Soho
