Key Responsibilities:



Oversee daily facilities operations across three Cambridge sites Act as a key point of contact for contractors, suppliers, and internal teams Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and procedures Support site services including cleaning, security, and maintenance Manage onsite issues quickly and efficiently, using initiative and sound judgement Maintain accurate documentation and records across all facilities functions Collaborate with the client and wider facilities team to deliver seamless support

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day facilities operations across the Soho office Act as the main point of contact for contractors, suppliers, and internal teams Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures Support workplace services including cleaning, security, and maintenance Respond to onsite issues promptly, using initiative and sound judgement Maintain accurate documentation and reporting across all facilities functions Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless and professional workplace experience
What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a facilities management or coordination role Strong initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent organisational and communication skills A proactive, solution-focused approach in a fast-moving environment Confidence managing multiple priorities in a client-facing role Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams)
Additional Information

This is a

full-time position, Monday to Friday, onsite in London Soho

Pay: 38,000.00 per year
