ABOUT THE ROLE

M-Sport UK is a world-class leading motorsport organisation, engineering championship-winning vehicles across the world. Our Facilities Team plays a vital role in keeping our operation moving, and we are now looking for a skilled Facilities Maintenance Operative to support the maintenance and development of our company vehicles, trailers, and wider site requirements.

This is a highly varied and hands-on role covering all aspects of company vehicle and trailer maintenance. The role combines mechanical ability with fabrication skills and offers the chance to work on unique projects that support our motorsport and business activities.

The role and responsibilities include:?

Carry out general routine repairs on company vehicles and trailers. Undertake preventative maintenance and servicing. Perform welding, cutting, and fabrication tasks to support repairs and project requirements. Assist with tasks across the Facilities Team as needed. Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with industry and compliance standards.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a self-motivated team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. The ideal candidate will be:

Strong welding and fabrication skills. Experience with plant machinery or HGVs is highly beneficial. Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Capable of working independently and as part of a wider team. Full UK driving license required.

Preferred Experience:

Previous experience as a vehicle mechanic, technician, or fabricator.
