About the team

The Real Estate and Facilities (RE&F) team, part of the Corporate Services department, was established in June 2015. As our company has grown, so has our global real estate footprint. We have developed a comprehensive management model covering the entire real estate lifecycle, including space planning, transaction management, project delivery, and facilities operations.



Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Facilities Management Analyst to support the strategic and operational management of our facilities. This role is pivotal in analyzing data, managing budgets, and supporting informed decision-making to ensure the smooth and cost-effective operation of our buildings and infrastructure.



1. Collect, validate and manage facilities operations data (e.g. maintenance, energy usage, occupancy, vendor performance) and maintain accurate dashboards/databases for reporting and compliance.

2. Develop and optimise dashboards and KPI reports to monitor performance, identify trends and highlight operational risks or opportunities.

3. Analyse data to generate actionable insights that support planning, forecasting, continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.

4. Support facilities budgeting and financial tracking, monitor expenditure against approved budgets and assist in preparing financial reports and cost-saving analysis.

5. Partner with Facilities Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to translate insights into operational actions and support planning of projects such as renovations, relocations and sustainability initiatives.

6. Ensure adherence to health, safety and environmental compliance requirements through accurate documentation, reporting and data governance.



Qualifications



Minimum Qualifications

1. 1-3 years' experience in a corporate real estate or workplace-related role.

2. Proven ability to manage budget and analyse workplace data.

3. Strong attention to detail, organisation, and documentation accuracy.

4. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

5. Effective & proactive communicator who excels at cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment.



Preferred Qualifications

1. Able to travel on an ad job basis.

2. Previous experience in program management as a plus.
