Grey Seal Academy a successful, Ofsted Grade 2 'Good' training provider is seeking a professional, experienced Trainer or experienced Facilities Management (FM) Manager to deliver Facilities Management (FM) apprenticeships to a range of employed learners on Apprenticeship Standards Level 2 (Operative) and Level 3 (Supervisor). You will be training individuals and groups as well as making use of a range of technology such as Teams and an online portfolio. You will also have input into training design and improvements which will be individualised to learners and / or organisations. You will need to have gained solid facilities management experience preferably with qualifications for training and assessment, however qualifications can be achieved within the role where necessary.

We work with a range of large blue chip employers, public sector and SMEs. You will also have the opportunity to deliver other Apprenticeships that you have occupational experience in e.g., management, maintenance etc

Full time or part time would be considered

Role - Facilities Management (FM) Trainer / Assessor

Delivering training in facilities management and possibly other subjects. The additional subjects will only be added according to your personal work experience and knowledge

Delivering training using a range of methods both individually and in small groups

Delivering training mainly online individually and in groups. Some Apprenticeships will require site visits to do observations of the apprentice at their place of work

Assisting with ongoing development and continuous improvement of training materials and course content

Engaging with employers in terms of feedback, customer service, reviews etc.

Working from home and field based (expensed)

Requirements - Facilities Management (FM) Trainer / Assessor

Facilities Management (FM) experience

Training / Supervisory experience

Preferably with training and / or assessment qualifications e.g., A1, TAQA, E&T, PTTLS, Cert Ed, DTTLS

Preferably with quality assurance qualifications e.g., IQA

FM qualifications are preferable

Driving licence

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 28,000.00-35,000.00 per year
