A well known hospitality / restaurant group are looking to appoint an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee FM, equipment and contractor service delivery across their estate of over 100 restaurants.
They operate an outsourced model which requires the management of suppliers, ensuring safe and compliant service delivery, overseeing planned prevantative maintenance (PPM) schedules, supporting field teams and responding effectively to urgent issues to minimise operational disruption.
This role is based at Head office in Ruislip 4-5 days / week
