Established in 1999, Optim Facilities are a small but perfectly formed facilities management company based in Holborn. We provide facilities management services to multi-tenanted commercial properties in the UK, mainly situated in central London working directly alongside our clients and commercial tenants to ensure the smooth running of the buildings.

We are seeking a Facilities Manager to join our team at Optim Facilities. In this role, you will oversee the management and maintenance of our clients' commercial properties, ensuring that all facilities operate smoothly and efficiently. Your leadership will be key in maintaining high standards of service and tenant satisfaction.

Responsibilities



Manage day-to-day operations of facilities, ensuring they meet safety and quality standards. Oversee maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs for all mechanical and electrical systems. Act as the primary point of contact for tenants regarding facility-related issues. Lead projects related to facility upgrades or improvements, ensuring timely completion within budget. Supervise maintenance staff and contractors, providing guidance and support as needed. Develop and implement policies and procedures for effective facilities management. Carry out FM inspections for the landlord areas and action issues accordingly.

Requirements



Proven experience in facilities management or a related field. Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge is essential. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience supervising teams. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 42,000.00-48,000.00 per year
