Job Title: Facilities Compliance Officer

About the Role

Working as part of the existing Compliance Team, you will assist the Head of Facilities to manage a diverse property portfolio to ensure group wide compliance and continuity of service to support young vulnerable people and adults.

Key Responsibilities

Management of the groups Preventative Planned Maintenance schedule through in-house CAFM system. Management of various PPM contracts including Water Hygiene, Fire Alarms, EML & FFE, M&E, HVAC, Electrical and others. Review / collation of all statutory certification onto CAFM System. Progression of remedial works identified from the PPM certification in line with best practice and in line with the Service Level Agreements & Tenders. Monitoring and managing the performance of PPM / Response contractors SLA's & KPi's Meeting regularly with PPM contractors, chairing review meetings and taking accurate minutes Administration of the Approved Contractors and reviewing contractor documentation to ensure compliance Providing regular reports and assisting the Head of Facilities when required To provide technical support to telephone and email requests from the business Liaise with suppliers and contractors, where required. To always provide a professional, courteous and rapid response to business request. To prepare and provide monthly regulatory reports. To undertake such projects/work of a level commensurate with the responsibility of the post, as designated by the Head of Facilities.
