Job Description

The post holder will be report to the Facilities Manager and will be responsible for providing daily maintenance of all facilities.

Responsibilities

Comply with site safety procedures and requirements Demonstrate good knowledge of site Safety Perform general site maintenance and liaise with contractors to ensure high standards of work and on time delivery Have a good understanding of Health & Safety/risk assessments Have some understanding of engineering systems e.g. heating, ventilation, plumbing etc Carry out General site maintenance Plumbing and joinery repairs Production and office support Implementation of the visual factory / 5s Implementation General duties as requested by line management Environmental response and improvements Site inspections and checks

Requirements

Essential

GCSE in English and Mathematics above Grade C Previous Facilities experience Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Computer literacy is essential, especially an excellent understanding of MS Word and Excel

Desirable

Proactive with strong communication skills and a diplomatic working style
