Facilities Operative

Salary up to 26,208 per annum
Full time - Permanent, 40hrs per week, Monday to Friday
About the Role:
We are looking for a Facilities Operative to join our team here in Inverness. You will work within our FM team delivering a range of services to our clients. FM carry out a range of Hard, Soft and Grounds Maintenance services, and this role is pivotal in ensuring that a combination of maintenance and compliance jobs are delivered effectively and efficiently. Being the lead person in maintaining overall cleanliness of the building and buildings grounds is an essential element to the role.
Tasks vary throughout the day and we are looking for energetic individuals to strive to deliver all tasks to the highest of standards within agreed statutory and compliance regulations for Mears Group.
Role Criteria:General maintenance experience
Experience of working in Facilities Management type operation desired but not essential
Able to understand & follow standard operating procedures
Able to work weekends on as part of a Rota basis
Able to work alone or as part of a team
Good written & verbal communication skills
