We have an amazing opportunity for a hardworking and dedicated individual to join our facilities department.

As a Facilities Operative, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and functionality of each of our facilities. You will be crucial in creating a safe and comfortable environment for all occupants and visitors. Your duties will include various tasks related to cleaning, maintenance, and organisation to uphold high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and operational efficiency.

Location: Washington (with occasional work at Seaton Burn)

Working hours - 08.00 - 16.00 Mon - Thurs, 07.00 - 15.00 Fridays

Start date - 05/01/2026

Key Responsibilities:



General cleaning and upkeep of internal and external areas Waste management and maintaining site grounds Supporting basic maintenance and minor repairs Responding to help desk requests Upholding high standards of health, safety and hygiene FLT operations

About You:



Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team Strong attention to detail Good communication skills Comfortable with practical, hands-on tasks Comfortable with heights (training will be provided) Full UK driving licence FLT certificate desirable, or willingness to obtain Good time management skills, reliable and a high attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 24,570.00 per year
