About The Role:

Shift Pattern: Rolling rota given in advance. Working 5 days out of 7, including every other weekend.

Key Responsibilities:

To carry out plumbing duties on site as and when required. To provide a technical engineering service with the minimum of supervision to the OCS FM client in respect of mechanical servicing, repairs, maintenance and installation. To undertake the service and maintenance of other assets/trades that were deemed competent to do so. To undertake PPM, proactive and reactive works issued within set time frames so that the customer expectations are met. Working in a safe manner at all times, complying with current Health & Safety legislation To ensure equipment and surrounding area conform to agreed company standards.

Candidate requirements:

Applicant must have the right to work in the UK Candidates must have the relevant certifications and qualifications required to meet the requirements of this position NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing is essential Previous experience working within Facilities/Maintenance. Ability to use electronic handheld devices. Experience in L8 Legionnaire compliance including testing
