This graduate role offers a unique blend of hands-on project management experience and exposure to cutting-edge digital tools that optimize facilities operations. You'll work alongside experienced professionals to deliver impactful projects, drive sustainability, and integrate digital solutions that improve employee experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities



Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering facilities projects, such as infrastructure upgrades, building services improvements (e.g., HVAC, electrical systems), energy efficiency initiatives and more Support the implementation of digital tools and platforms (e.g., CAFM systems, Energy Monitoring) to enhance facilities management Support the implementation and continuous improvement of electrical safety management across the estate, including assisting with inspections, audits, and compliance documentation in line with statutory regulations and internal policies Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external service providers Analyse data from building systems to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Contribute to the development of smart building strategies and digital workplace initiatives Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate project progress and outcomes Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across all projects

What You'll Learn



End-to-end project lifecycle management in a corporate facilities environment Gain hands-on experience in electrical safety legislation (e.g., BS7671 and internal regulations), risk assessment, and compliance processes, while developing a strong understanding of how electrical infrastructure is managed within a complex facilities environment Integration of digital technologies into physical infrastructure Stakeholder engagement and change management strategies Sustainability and energy efficiency practices in building operations Agile methodologies and data-driven decision-making

Qualifications

Requirements



Working towards, or a degree in a relevant technical subject Strong interest in digital transformation and smart building technologies Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management or data visualization tools is a plus A proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment


Additional Information



This is a 24-month graduate program beginning in September 2026. This position is open to university graduates who have recently graduated from a university degree.

Location:

you will be based at the Worcester office.


Shortlisted candidates will then be invited to participate in a face-to-face interview by the hiring team and/or an online assessment centre.
