Facilities Service Team Leader
National Enquiry Centre - Hillington, Glasgow
37.5 Hours - Permanent
Salary: Up to 30,000 per year
(depending on level of experience, training and qualification)
We have an opportunity for a
Facilities Service Team Leader
to join our team of staff in the Facilities department.
This is a Full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.
Duties of this role include:
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
Work closely and collaboratively with hospitals and service providers
Ensure that Admin KPIs are met at all times
Provide accurate and timely reporting on key deliverables
Support Estates Administration Manager to ensure effective running of the department
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
PC literacy skills including the use of software and systems including MS Office and MS Teams
Previous administration experience, preferably in a lead position
Maths and English Standard Grades/National 5s/O-Levels
Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
