PEM Engineering & Construction (PEMEC) are a petrochemical engineering company with knowledge and experience of Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Projects, Maintenance, Shutdowns, Labour Sourcing, Petrochemical, Oil, Gas and Construction Industries. Our head office is based on Sutton Fields, Hull , where we also have a Pipefitting/Welding workshop to supply our clients with bespoke project welding/pipe work.

We're supporting one of our clients in Hull with the search for an experienced

Facilities Manager

to take ownership of the day-to-day running of their site.

This role is hands-on and people-focused, with responsibility for ensuring the facility is safe, compliant, and operating smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing and coordinating on-site maintenance support Responding to leaks, repairs, and general building issues Overseeing the overall wellbeing, safety, and condition of the facility Acting as the main point of contact for facilities-related matters Ensuring issues are addressed promptly and effectively

Requirements:

Strong practical knowledge of maintenance and building services A proactive, reliable approach to problem-solving Must be

based in Hull or the surrounding area
