Job Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Factory Floor Manager to oversee production in our modern kitchen manufacturing facility. You will manage daily operations across our HOMAG CNCs, edge banders, saws, and drilling centres, ensuring high-quality output and smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the factory team across machining, assembly, and dispatch Oversee production on HOMAG machinery and ensure quality standards Plan workloads to meet deadlines and delivery targets Maintain safe working practices and compliance Identify improvements to boost efficiency and reduce waste
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 27,500.00-30,000.00 per year
