What You'll Be Doing



Tooling & Equipment Coordination



Maintain a live register of all hired-in tools and access equipment Track usage and ensure proper allocation across projects Monitor condition and escalate issues as needed Ensure all equipment meets health & safety standards Liaise with suppliers for timely delivery and collection

Hire Fleet Management



Oversee allocation and maintenance of factory hire platforms (e.g., FLT, Combi, Elevated Platforms) Coordinate hire needs with Finance and APMs Track performance metrics and suggest improvements Maintain operator and platform compliance records

Waste Management & Reporting



Monitor and record waste data across the factory Ensure proper segregation, storage, and disposal in line with regulations Coordinate with waste contractors and manage documentation Produce monthly waste reports for internal and external use Support sustainability and recycling initiatives

What We're Looking For



Essential Skills & Experience



Experience in operations coordination, logistics, or facilities management Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Familiarity with H&S and environmental compliance in a factory or construction setting Excellent communication skills for working with internal teams and external suppliers A problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Desirable



Awareness of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 14001) Forklift or vehicle operation license (if applicable)
