Duties

Operate machinery and equipment according to safety guidelines and operational procedures. Assemble products or components with precision and care. Monitor production processes, identifying any issues or inefficiencies that may arise. Maintain a clean and organised work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards. Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines. Report any malfunctions or maintenance needs to supervisors promptly.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Basic understanding of health and safety regulations within a factory setting. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks as required.
