Starting hourly rate of 12.60

for all employees
(Your performance is reviewed regularly and rewarded with pay increases based on your skill set.)

About the Role - Factory Operative

We offer a variety of roles and shift options to fit your lifestyle. You'll be working in one of the following areas:

Fresh side Frozen side Smokehouse side
Your key responsibilities include:

Preparing high-quality

salmon and trout

products Following "clean as you go" hygiene standards Supporting general housekeeping in the factory

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM - between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM
(Minimum 40 hours per week, overtime available)

Two unpaid 30-minute breaks included during each shift Alternate Saturdays (rota in place): Required, paid at 1.25x overtime rate

What You'll Need

Previous factory experience is helpful but not required -- full training is provided Manual handling experience is a plus -- this is a physical role Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene is useful but not essential

Yes. Once you complete your induction, you can start the same day.

I've worked with other fish but not salmon or trout -- is that okay?

Absolutely. We provide full training specific to handling

salmon and trout

products.

Is it weekly or monthly pay?

You will be paid weekly, every Friday in arrears.
