The rate of pay is \xc2\xa310.47 per hour (for the first 12 weeks) increasing to \xc2\xa311.10 per hour (after completing 12 weeks of training)

Overtime is available at this site paid up to \xc2\xa319.43 per hour.

Foster offers the best rates of pay in the area for fixed hours shifts. We believe strongly in the work/life balance and therefore offer favorable hours of work, meaning shift patterns that work for you:

Day shifts: Monday to Thursday 7am - 3.30pm + Friday 7am -1pm
Afternoon shifts: Monday to Thursday 3.30pm- 12am + Friday 1pm-7pm

The Foster site is conveniently located only walking distance from the town center and with great transport links to the wider local area.

Your Time at Work

As a Factory Operative at this site, you will be responsible for the production of refrigeration products and systems within a team of specialists.

You\'ll be a hardworking and reliable team player with pride in what you build. With a good standard of spoken and written English, you\'ll be able to follow instructions and company policies.

Flexibility on work assignments is a must, and you must be fit to lift, move parts and products around, and be physically active every day for the whole shift.

You should ideally have some experience of using hand tools and machinery. No previous experience is necessary as a Production Operative/Warehouse Operative as full training is provided.
