Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and reliable Factory Operatives to join our dynamic team as part of our expanding night shift. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Operate machinery and equipment according to established protocols to ensure optimal production output. Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards and specifications. To be an essential part of the glass processing team following detailed instructions and safety guidelines. Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of production processes.

Experience

Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidates. Familiarity with operating machinery or tools is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
