Join a manufacturing team to assemble and produce components for Ballet Pointe Shoes. No previous experience is required as full training is provided. This is a hands-on role with guaranteed hours.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble components to make insoles and blocks for Ballet Pointe Shoes Learn and follow each stage of the insole and block-making processes Use sanding machines, hand tools and manual presses Work with adhesives and materials to assemble components accurately Cut and prepare materials using knives Meet daily production targets in a fast-paced environment
Candidate Requirements
Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic Confident with practical, hands-on tasks Organised, proactive, and eager to learn Reliable with good attendance Basic literacy skills
Working Hours
Monday-Thursday:
7:30am - 4:30pm (30-min lunch + 2x10-min breaks)Friday:
7:30am - 12:30pm (10-min break included)Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 39 per week
