Factory Operative / Van Driver

Ipswich | Full-Time | Includes some overnight stays

We're a well-established manufacturing business based in Ipswich, supplying high-quality beds to hotels and commercial clients across the UK. We're looking for a dependable, adaptable person to join our team in a dual role--splitting your time between driving deliveries and supporting our busy factory operations.

What you'll be doing:

On the road:

Driving our company van to deliver beds to hotel sites across the UK Supervising on-site delivery and installation (you'll sometimes be part of the install team) Staying overnight where necessary--accommodation and travel costs are covered Representing our business professionally at client sites

In the factory:

Assisting in day-to-day production and manufacturing processes Helping to prepare goods for dispatch General hands-on tasks as needed to support the team

What we're looking for:

A

full UK driving licence

(essential) Physically fit and able to assist with manual handling and loading/unloading Flexible with working hours, and happy to stay away overnight when needed Reliable, punctual, and a good team player Professional and friendly with clients and colleagues alike Previous experience in delivery, warehouse, or manufacturing roles is beneficial but not essential
