Shift: 10.30pm-7am Sunday to Thursday

We are seeking dedicated and reliable Factory Workers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that production goals are met efficiently and safely. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with safety protocols and operational guidelines. Assemble products according to specifications, ensuring quality standards are met. Monitor production processes and report any issues or malfunctions to supervisors promptly. Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency. Assist with inventory management, including the counting and tracking of materials. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of production techniques.

Requirements

Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is advantageous but not essential. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform manual handling tasks as required. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with colleagues. Willingness to adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
