Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking
Factory Operator
to join our dynamic team in a busy plastic moulding facility. This position requires attention to detail, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
Picking moulded plastic parts directly from the machine Visually inspecting parts for quality defects Trimming and finishing parts as required Packing products in accordance with company policies and procedures Labelling boxes accurately Stacking completed boxes neatly and safely on pallets Taking extra care to ensure all products meet customer expectations and quality standards
The Person We're Looking For:
We're looking for someone who:
Has good attention to detail Can follow instructions and standard operating procedures accurately Is reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work Works well as part of a team Ideally has experience in a manufacturing or factory environment (though full training will be provided) Is committed to maintaining high-quality standards to meet customer expectations
